Steve hosted and entertained at the inaugural Housing with Care Awards at London Marriott Grosvenor Square in 2023. Steve’s co host for the evening was Homes Under The Hammer & I’m a Celebrity’s Martin Roberts.

The Awards, in conjunction with Care Talk Magazine, recognise and celebrate excellence in accommodation and services for integrated retirement communities, people with learning disabilities and people with mental health problems, retirement villages, assisted living, extra care housing and supported living and shared lives schemes. The Headline Sponsor was Civitas Investment Management Limited.

The event had a new venue in 2024 - The Hilton London Bankside. Steve returned once again and continues to do host to the present day.
