Steve was delighted to be asked back to host G4C Awards inaugural awards in 2016, and continues to do so to the present day. He also hosted the awards virtually in 2020 when in person events weren't possible. The awards are staged at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead.

G4C is part of Constructing Excellence, and offers its members access to innovative industry thinking. It ensures best practice for the next generation of construction professionals.

As with all Constructing Excellence events, they are memorable for their after dinner entertainment.
